The Small Print:
We're a tiny company. In fact, you'll probably get the boss on the phone if you call (his name is George). He'll do whatever he can to answer any questions you might have. He has 5 boys, so he knows about using the LiL Marc. So does his wife, Laurie. She'll be the one to talk to if George can't answer your questions. Shipping and Taxes:
We're set up to ship only in the U.S. right now, but we'll certainly try to figure something out if you're trying to order from overseas. After you place your order, we'll send you an email to tell you that we received your order. Another email goes out the moment your LiL Marc is shipped. We send most of our packages via Federal Express Ground within 72 hours. That is supposed to mean that you'll get your LiL Marc in 3-7 days, so call us if it doesn't arrive by then. Oh, and if you're in Utah like we are, you'll also have to pay a sales tax of 6.35%.

Our Return Policy:
For obvious reasons like health and hygiene, we can't take back a LiL Marc that has been used unless there is something wrong with it. By that we mean that the quality of workmanship isn't what you expected. If that is the case, then please, please, PLEASE send it back to us. We'll immediately replace it or issue a credit to your credit card, whichever you choose. The last thing we want is an unhappy customer. Just call us at 1-800-234-6272 or email us and we'll let you know what to do. Or if you just want to stick your LiL Marc in the mail with a note explaining the problem, our address is:

Safety and Privacy:
We don't know how to process credit cards ourselves, so we're having someone with a "server" do it for us. Your order info is put into code form by your computer, and our server is the only one that can decode it. There's a cute little padlock or key on the bottom of your computer screen to show you that this security system is working.

After we've completed your order, we delete your credit card information. We have to keep your address(es) and contact information in case we have any questions for you. But we're not into the mailing list rental/share/exchange bit, meaning that your email and physical addresses absolutely will not ever be given out to anyone else. We promise. On top of that you probably won't hear anything else from us, either, once we're sure you've received your LiL Marc and that you're satisfied.
